And it sounds like a joke, Google Home can control other smart-home gadgets and set them for you, like diming the lights or changing their color.

Google Home is a new device, so, of course, there would be things to improve…

Some people have noted that it doesn’t work as expected when it comes to giving information about the traffic, air flights, or remind you about existing engagements even if they’re scheduled in your Google Calendar.

It’s also been said that it doesn’t yet have a broad compatibility with other devices or third party support, or that its answers may not be that accurate.

So far it’s not able to change, remove or add events on your calendar, only mention them.

It can only sync to one Google account, so it’s not for EVERY family member.

Still, one big round of applause to Google Home for bringing up some competition in the personal assistant device field. It will surely get better and impress us all (just don’t think about ‘Skynet’ too much).
